Asgard is known as a small parts specialist but many of our customers require a combination of large and small parts. Thanks to our Doosan Puma turning centre we can make parts such as housings, bodies and bonnets up to Ø65mm. We can produce parts with very large bores, internal and external threads, milled flats, hex drives, off centre holes and cross-holes.
Bodies
An example of the slightly larger parts we are able to manufacture, thanks to the diversity of machines within our machine shop.

Seats
We understand the importance of excellent surface finishes and concentricity on valves seats to provide reliable shut off.

We have produced a wide variety of parts for the electronics sector, including housings, shells, connectors, contacts and pins.
Connectors
Connectors require high conductivity, so are often machined using coppers or bronzes, and often silver plated.
Accuracy and precision are vital for these applications.
