 | Machine Shop Manager Required 15th Dec 2022 We are currently looking for an experienced machine shop manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our machine shop. Key responsibilities include: • Developing production plans to meet promised delivery dates • Ensuring that materials, tooling and programmes are in place to meet production requirements • Overseeing the operation of the machine shop to ensure parts are manufactured to the required quality standards and timescales • Managing works orders to cover customer and stock orders in a timely manner • Managing, training and developing a small team of CNC operators • Ability and willingness to programme and run machines as and when necessary This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a small dynamic company, operating state of the art machinery in a clean & modern working environment, and build on future opportunities within our growing business.
