 | New Investment! 14th Dec 2021 Priding ourselves on producing small components with high precision tolerances of just +/- 10 microns, dimensional accuracy is key to what we do. Our latest investment has taken this to the next level! We have just received delivery and set-up our brand new Image Dimension Measurement System from Keyence. It has a built-in dimensional reporting feature and allows us to closely monitor and accurately measure the parts we manufacture to ensure the quality and precision of the components coming off our machines. We have been very impressed with its ability to check both internal and external dimensions by combining digital shadow graph measurements with a compact CMM. Previously our inspection process took hours to create as measurements were taken manually. Now a fully automated report is generated in minutes, saving time and eliminating human error. A serious investment proving our commitment to improving the operation and service to our customers! |
