We use the most modern CNC Sliding Head lathes from Star, with 16mm, 20mm and 32mm capacity, and for the larger components up to 60mm diameter, a new Doosan Puma Turning Centre.

All our CNC machines have cross drilling and milling capability, and all have sub spindles so the parts come off fully finished and complete.

We supply to the Nuclear, Medical Device, Aerospace, Food and Pharmaceutical industries as well as Pumps, Valves and Fasteners.

We make CNC turned parts to within 10 micron tolerances and we're used to manufacturing in all the stainless steels (including the aerospace and medical grades) and inconel. Many of our medical components are Titanium.
